Vena's 48" Splitter


Vena’s High-Speed 48’’ Splitter provides an ideal solution to producers manufacturing SRW and bricks on paver machine.

Modular design allows for easy integration into existing production facilities for online application. A complete offline solution can also be supplied including Vena's clamp decuber, splitter and fully automatic cuber. An integrated system is also available that incorporates a tumbler in the offline system.

The unit performs up to 30 splits per minute with optional scrap evacuation. Designed to split straight and angled products, it is equipped with an electric servomotor bar feeder that provides unmatched performance. The dual cylinder design delivers 100 tons of force capable of splitting 12’’ high x 48’’ wide high PSI concrete products. It also splits 1 5/8’’ high products. The mechanical splitter headstops eliminate blade over travel and radically reduces the appearance of ‘’white lines’’ on the top of the blocks. A modem, included in the main panel, allows us to give you immediate support.

Also available is the Vena Split and Tumble Operation that allows you to split, tumble and cube or simply split and then send the product directly to the cuber without being tumbled.
